Lisa Miller Autry, Board President, serves in a wide range of leadership functions and mentoring roles in the Dallas/Fort Worth Community and internationally. In April 2019, Lisa retired from a 32-year banking career where she most recently served as Senior Vice President & Dallas Market Manager for a $40 billion banking organization. In that capacity, she led a team of commercial bankers in providing financial services to businesses and non-profits in the Dallas Metroplex. Lisa now serves as a consultant to non-profit and for-profit organizations through her firms, Acceleration Advisors, LLC (www.accelerationadvisors.com), and Holy Borrowers, LLC (www.holyborrowers.com). She released her first book in 2020 entitled, Holy Borrowers: Equipping Church Leaders for Building Finance.
Lisa’s educational background includes a B.A. degree in Economics from Brown University, an M.B.A. degree in Finance & Marketing from The Anderson School of Management at UCLA, and a Master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Ministries from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Lisa was a contributing devotional writer to Aspire: The New Women of Color Study Bible published by Zondervan and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the National Council of Negro Women. Lisa's heartfelt passion and commitment lie in helping individuals, companies, and communities “get where they’re going” for the Glory of God. Lisa has been married for 35 years to Dr. Terrence Autry, Lead Pastor of Christ Community Church. She and her husband are the proud parents of two adult sons, Terrence, II and Daniel.

Raquel Johnson is a retired IT Executive with 30+ years of PepsiCo experience and an established leader in the delivery and support of IT enabled business solutions. Her experience and leadership capabilities have proven instrumental in developing the business insights necessary to deliver integrated applications. She excelled at strategic planning, building high performance teams, project management and implementing best practice methodologies and continuous improvement programs that deliver on executive management expectations.
During her tenure at PepsiCo, Raquel gained a wealth of business knowledge as she progressively assumed positions of increased responsibility and leadership within IT. She managed $20+ million in PepsiCo’s annual operating plan and directed 250+ member teams (employees, consultants, and offshore resource) across Development, Application Management, and Operations Support. Raquel was responsible for the implementation of a large multi-year managed services program resulting in significant savings, reduced total cost of ownership, improved business up-time that provided scaleable leverage.
Raquel’s commitment to creating an inclusive environment where everyone felt welcomed and respected, as well as confident and optimistic about their career success led her to play an active role in furthering PepsiCo’s diversity & inclusion agenda. Raquel led the IT Women of Color Alliance since its inception in the development and retention of women of color. She served as an internal and external mentor to many at PepsiCo and continues to do so today.
Raquel takes time to give back to her community and is affiliated with several non-profit organizations. Raquel is a native of Panama and is fluent in Spanish. She is a graduate of Central Texas College with a degree in Computer Science.
Raquel has several hobbies including traveling, scrapbooking, and cake baking/decorating. Raquel is a proud parent of two daughters Candace and Nicole.

Ricky W. Parker, Command Master Chief (AW/SW). A retired United States Navy Command Master Chief is a native of the great state of Tennessee. In 1976, he graduated High School and attended the University of Martin for 1 year before joining the Navy in 1977 where he remained for over 30 years. Master Chief served aboard a variety of Naval
Ricky W. Parker, Command Master Chief (AW/SW). A retired United States Navy Command Master Chief is a native of the great state of Tennessee. In 1976, he graduated High School and attended the University of Martin for 1 year before joining the Navy in 1977 where he remained for over 30 years. Master Chief served aboard a variety of Naval Ships, which deployed around the globe along with numerous shore assignments throughout the continental United States.
Additionally he enjoyed living and serving in several foreign countries throughout his vast career. In September 1994, he was selected to serve as Senior Enlisted Advisor at the U. S. Naval Academy (USNA 1994 to 1997).
After transferring from USNA, he took part in commissioning a Tactical Electronics Warfare Squadron for Naval Aviation. This tour lead to him being selected as the first African American to hold the positions of Command Master Chief of Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron TWO where he served with distinction until being selected as Command Master Chief for Patrol and Reconnaissance Group for 26 commands and over 11,000 naval personnel.
Master Chief Parker holds a vast array of decorations, medals and badges and citations along with an Honorable Discharge.
